The project is a health care that provides male and female nurses, the medical tools that a patient needs in house health care and equipping a clinic in his place.
House health care is known as a set of medical activities and services that is provided for specific categories of patients among their family in their houses with specific standards and a specific mechanism.
The program provides a health care and a continuous entire follow- up for patients in their houses by a trained health team that is qualified for this purpose. This can be done by a continuous coordination with the treating health entity – a hospital or a health center- to be a complementary part of the health care that is provided to patients inside this facility and can’t be accessed along with their continuous need for medical nursing care in terms of an integrated system of health care.
