The project is a factory for manufacturing and producing ceramics for using in building finishing processes. Ceramic is the one the most important basic items of building that is used in building finishing and the most used in floors, bathrooms and kitchens because of the easiness in cleaning and polishing and the variety in its shapes and colors. The factory will produce different sizes of ceramics with sizes (10 * 10, 15 * 15, 20 * 20, 30 * 20, 33 * 25 and 40 * 40 cm). Ceramic is manufactured from sand, feldspar, black clay, white clay, kaolin and some other items.
Ceramic industry is considered a promising one that is much depended on in economic rising and development in society as it was able to recognize a large number of labors. Besides, ceramic industry is one that develops rapidly; hence, it helps in the development of local production. It helps also in increasing the exports size. The project targets (construction companies – real estate investment companies – contractors – construction sectors).
